Congressional Budget Justifications (CBJ)

The MCC, like all federal agencies, submits a document called the Congressional Budget Justification (CBJ) to Congress.  The CBJ outlines the MCC’s compacts, projects and expected costs, and explains why the President has asked for the amount of funds specified in the budget.
