Impact Evaluation Framework

In addition to careful monitoring of implementation performance and measurement of preliminary results, MCC is planning to fund several independent evaluations that will assess what would have happened in the absence of the MCC investments and measure impacts that can be attributed specifically to MCC-funded activities. Currently, evaluations are likely to be conducted for the Rural Land Governance, Agricultural Development, and BRIGHT 2 Projects. More information will be available in the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan and on MCC’s Impact Evaluation web site.
