Jonathan Hamlet

Acting Managing Director, Contracts and Grants Management

Jonathan Hamlet is the co-Acting Managing Director of Contracts and Grants Management (CGM) and is Senior Director of CGM’s Policy, Systems and Training Branch. He engages on many issues across CGM, Administration and Finance, and MCC, including MCC’s Contracting Officer Representative (COR) program, maintains and creates MCC’s contracting policies and standard operating procedures, and works on various issues related to systems MCC uses in its contracting processes, including the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management, System for Award Management (, Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), and many others.  

Mr. Hamlet joined MCC in 2011 and has over 15 years of Acquisition experience including federal service at the Department of Health and Human Services, the US Census Bureau, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Government Accountability Office, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has also previously worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, providing support for DoD acquisition programs. 

Mr. Hamlet is originally from Chesapeake, Virginia and earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.P.A. from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
