The Millennium Challenge Account (MCA)-Morocco plans to release a solicitation for a firm to support the implementation and monitoring of Integrated School Improvement Plans that were developed through a participatory process with the school community during the first phase of the Compact. The Integrated School Improvement Plans have been developed in 90 secondary schools across the country, as part of the $112M Secondary Education Activity that aims to demonstrate a new model for improving the quality of education. The firm will also be requested to glean lessons from the experience in these 90 schools to recommend a sustainable model that could be expanded across Morocco.

MCA-Morocco will also be releasing a solicitation to support TVET Center grant recipients, by providing sector-specific technical expertise in such areas as curriculum development, marketing, and budgeting as part of the Workforce Development Activity, which aims to better link the training currently offered with the needs of the job market. This event is closed to press
