MCC CEO Daniel Yohannes Expresses Sympathy and Condolences to Haiti Earthquake Victims

Washington, D.C. The U.S. Government’s Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Chief Executive Officer Daniel W. Yohannes today issued the following statement regarding the earthquake in Haiti:

“On behalf of my colleagues at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, I extend our deepest sympathies and support to the victims of the Haiti earthquake. Though MCC does not work with Haiti directly, our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and loved ones affected by this tragedy.”

“Many of our partner U.S. government agencies are diligently working and coordinating on the ground to provide desperately needed assistance to the Haitian people. We applaud their fine work in this time of such great need.”
