Projected Results by End of Compact
The Georgia Compact aims to achieve the results below by the end of the compact in 2011.
- Reduce the poverty rate from 55.9 % to 50% in the Samtske-Javakheti region;
- Generate $27,611,000 in household benefits from compact activities, and
- Create 4,342 jobs.

Impact Evaluation Framework
In addition to careful monitoring of implementation performance and measurement of preliminary results, MCC is funding two independent evaluations that will assess what would have happened in the absence of the MCC investments and measure the gains in income that can be attributed specifically to MCC-funded activities.
