Senegal Proposed Compact

Building on the success of the 2009 Senegal Compact, MCC selected Senegal as eligible to begin developing a new compact in December 2015. The Government of Senegal has completed a study to identify the most binding constraints that prevent private-sector led growth in Senegal, and is undertaking a root cause analysis on those constraints to identify focus areas for MCC compact investment.
