Siobhan Pangerl is a Program Officer within the Department of Policy and Evaluation. She joined the Millennium Challenge Corporation in 2017 and currently works on the Togo and Gambia Threshold Programs.
Prior to joining MCC, Siobhan worked at the Inter-American Development Bank where she designed and managed programs across Latin America and the Caribbean focused on competitiveness, innovation, entrepreneurship and workforce development. She has interned with the Office of Andean Affairs at the Department of State and in the USAID Mission in Lima, Peru. Her career in international development began as a Peace Corps volunteer in Peru where she served as a business advisor to an artisan association and taught youth entrepreneurship courses. She is fluent in Spanish.
Siobhan holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service and a Master in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
