Hyde will chair a panel discussion about private sector participation in power systems at the Powering Africa Summit in Washington, D.C. Hyde will join panelists from the Government of Kenya, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, African Development Bank and the East African Power Pool to discuss the need for greater access to energy across Africa and the roles both government and the private sector can play.
