On Mar. 26, 2006 in a signing ceremony at the State Department’s Benjamin Franklin room, MCC and Armenia signed a $235.65 million Compact between the two countries. MCC Chair Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice officiated and witnessed the signing. She was joined by Armenia’s Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian.
