It is important to allow time for teachers to become accustomed with new teaching practices and to train enough teachers and school directors to create momentum around a community of practice.

It is important to allow time for teachers to become accustomed with new teaching practices and to train enough teachers and school directors to create momentum around a community of practice. The findings show teachers were more confident in using the new pedagogy as time went on and when more of their peers had completed the training. MCC should consider this when setting expectations for time horizons in the project logic.
