Lesson Learned
Generalizability is nearly impossible for a grant facility with many grantees. The grant portfolio included 26 grants. It was infeasible to evaluate all 26 grants. As such, MCC and the evaluator purposively selected which grants would be assessed. The basis for the decision was made on the availability of data as well as MCC’s learning objectives. The findings of the evaluated grants do not represent the whole portfolio.
