When training remotely, it is important that the right technology is in place to have a smooth training experience. The evaluation found that while there were several trainings that were considered high quality and included strong learning by students, the remote nature of the training was often challenging. The Covid 19 pandemic forced the training activities to be virtual. The evaluation found two issues with the remote training. First, much of the training needed to be hands on to account for the technical skills required to service the network. Second, there were technology issues that caused some interruptions to the training.
