Lesson Learned

Institutionalization of bridging mechanisms: In view of the importance attributed by the beneficiaries to certification in terms of improving their professional and social situation, and by trainers and service providers in demonstrating the value of their efforts, the Government should assess ways to institutionalize bridging mechanisms between literacy and vocational attainment so that literacy graduates could access more vocational training opportunities (Only Fisheries had bridging opportunities).
