Work towards a comprehensive model of life-long learning. The concept of lifelong learning is an approach to demonstrate how individuals can achieve their potential by accessing programs starting at the lowest rung (illiteracy) all the way up to the highest levels (advanced degrees and employment). Such a model does exist in Morocco but formalizing it and emphasizing lifelong learning could be a useful next step for the government of Morocco.
