Lesson Learned
MCC must document the geocoordinates of its investments, including quantity and linear measurements in a format that is easily accessed and analyzed by MCC staff and their contractors. The evaluator might have been able to pursue some quantitative assessment of flooding, such as hec-res flood modeling, had the geocoordinates of the infrastructure been made available.
