Incorporate parameters needed for administrative data collection in the implementation design. Collection of administrative data is a challenge, thus early planning to determine the data needs and to incorporate data collection into regular reporting is important. Future projects should review the project logic and align administrative data collection to the logic model and requirements of the Cost-Benefit Analysis model. Then, start data collection early on in the projects, and incorporate administrative data collection where possible into regular monitoring and reporting efforts.
