Lesson Learned
Phasing allows for learning and modifications to improve the program. Based on the land selection process delays and issues faced in Phase 1, the Peri-Urban Rangeland Project selection process was shifted for Phase 2, significantly speeding up the process while also facilitating random selection of beneficiaries.
